Saturday 31 August 2019 - Full Day Class - 9:00am to 2:00pm

During this class students will learn:

  • how to prepare their cake with ganache for covering with fondant

  • how to colour fondant

  • how to cover a round cake with fondant

  • how to create texture and depth with impression mats, cutters and tools

  • make wired decorations and safely insert these into cake

  • how to make simple wafer paper daisies

  • how to make a cute fondant characters

  • how to use edible paints and pens to create extra detail

  • general tips and trick on baking, decorating and storage of cakes

All materials, tools, refreshments and a light lunch will be provided. Students will take home their completed cake to eat, share or sell at the end of the class.

Classes will be held at Zoe’s Private Studio, 75A Groom Street Gordon Park.

Maximum of 6 students per class.

  2. If you can not attend the class notice of at least 7 days must be provided to obtain a credit credit note for another course. No refunds are able to be provided.
